Confirmation and Invoice: Within one business day, you will receive a registration confirmation and an invoice with payment instructions.
Payment Deadline: Payment is due within 10 working days from the date of the invoice issuance.

Inclusions: The registration fee covers participation in all available meetings, lunches and refreshments, social activities during the event, and conference documentation packages.
Exclusions: The registration fee does not include travel and hotel accommodation.
Additional Charges: VNA International is not responsible for any additional bank charges related to payment.

Access Instructions: Two days before the webinar starts, you will receive instructions on how to join.
Single User Policy: Each webinar subscription is for personal use only and cannot be shared.
Delegate Replacement: Delegates can be replaced at any time without paying additional fees.
Cancellation Policy:
Refund Policy: Cancellation 30 days or more before the event start date will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellation within 30 days before the event start date will not receive a refund.
Transfer Option: If a delegate is unable to attend the meeting due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the delegate pass can be transferred to another upcoming event taking place within one year from the original event start date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be done in writing.
Full Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours after registering for the webinar, the registration fee can be refunded in full.
No Refund: Cancellation after this time will result in the full registration fee being charged.
Recording Access: If a recording is available, registered representatives who cannot access the live webinar will receive the recording or presentation slides after the webinar.
Non-Attendance Fee: Non-attendance of the live webinar will still incur the full registration fee.
No Transfers: The delegate pass cannot be transferred to another webinar, and no substitutions are possible.
Event Changes: While we strive to adhere to the advertised events, we reserve the right to change the date, location, program, or merge the event with others if necessary, without any penalty.
Refunds: In the case of permanent event cancellation by VNA International, without rescheduling or merging with other events, you will receive a credit note or a 100% refund of the conference fee.
Accommodation and Travel Expenses: Please note that in the event of cancellation or rescheduling, no refunds will be provided for accommodation or related travel expenses.
Events beyond Control: VNA International is not responsible for events canceled due to reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters
